Membership registration is free. Anyone can register and become a member.

*Customers who registered as members before September 5, 2023 will not be able to register as new members using the same email address that you previously registered.

By registering as a member, you can take advantage of the following benefits. We also have a personal page for each customer, where you can check your purchase history and other information.

If you purchase a single delivery order with a total purchase amount of 5,500 yen or more including tax, we will deliver the product free of charge.

About returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We accept requests within 7 days after arrival the product.
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Lost tags or accessories; Products that are not in unused condition (including items that are deemed to have been worn according to our standards)
・Products that have been washed or cleaned
・Products that have scratches, dirt, or odors at the customer's disposal
・Products that have foreign substances attached (animal hair, other fibers, cosmetics, etc.)
・Products that have been repaired
・Products that have a non-returnable description on the product page
・Suspicious returns, such as repeated returns or exchanges without a reasonable reason
・Products that were purchased for the purpose of resale (Including cases where it is determined that the purpose is for resale by us)
Refunds will be processed after we check the returned product.
After receiving the product, it will take approximately 4 to 7 business days to process the payment change.
*Due to congestion during the year-end and New Year holidays and the Obon period, you may be kept waiting longer than the required number of days.
For returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as incorrect image, wrong color/size, wrong order, etc., please contact us and we will respond by sending you the product prepaid (customer's shipping cost).
Shipping charges are required for both returns and exchanges. This shipping fee will be added to the updated statement and billed.
For returns or exchanges due to scratches, dirt, shipping errors, etc., please contact us and we will respond by sending the product to you cash on delivery (at our expense).
We do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed, but if it is not ready for shipping,
we may only accept cancellations of orders.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm the shipping process.
However, we may not be able to accept cancellations or changes to some items, such as reserved items.
About product reviews
You can write freely.
We will delete reviews that fall under the following items.
1. Expressions that are blasphemous, obscene, or malicious.
2. Posting for the purpose of receiving compensation such as money or goods (excluding reviews of products provided for free).
3. Reviews that are too short or too long (we will decide) .
4. If the review does not include an evaluation of the target product, or if the content is insufficient.

6.URLs of external sites, campaigns, or content that directs access there.
7. Description of availability, prices, and instructions for ordering or shipping replacement items.
8.Posting multiple reviews for each product.
9. Other reviews and comments about the features of our site.
10. Posting reviews that are not written in your own words (acts that violate copyright).
About sales price and inventory
Regarding product inventory display, some products are linked to the inventory of directly managed stores, so even if an item is displayed as "in stock," it may become out of stock due to inventory update time lags.

We kindly ask for your understanding that the above situation may occur.
After completing your purchase, or during the product purchase process, the product may become out of stock due to purchases made by other customers.
